5. Payments and Transactions

All transactions on 365ph app are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and others). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. 365ph app reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365ph app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds due to technical errors, or disruption of service.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

365ph app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, underage use, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned via the original deposit method after identity verification is completed.
